Style and Length
- Write your story in your authentic voice, as if you're telling a story to friends, and stay positive!
- Written experiences should be around 300 - 500 words in length.
- Identify all individuals quoted including their name, title and company affiliation, if necessary.
- Hyperlink to your sources and related relevant content whenever possible.
- Include a two-line biography that includes your name, title, organization, website, and email address.
Submitting Photos
- Attach images in GIF or JPEG format no wider than 1200 pixels to your submission email.
- Include a caption of 15-25 words, cite the source of the images and ensure that we have permission to reproduce the images online.
- Additionally, identify all individuals in images including their name, title and company affiliation, if necessary.
- More than anything we're looking for local experts and passionate storytellers.
